Zoo Awards

A creative recognition

With a view to acknowledge distinctive contributions of employees, the Accenture Learning Experience Design and Development team envisaged an innovative annual rewards program. A set of awards uniquely conceptualised, to accredit employees demonstrating outstanding work ethics, that resonated with peculiar animal traits. Thus representing the aptly coined name, the ‘Zoo Awards’.

The product

A pictorial rendition

This zoo comprised of animals such as, ‘Dolphin’ for the friendly and approachable teammate, ‘Eagle’ for the meticulous detailer, ‘Tiger’ for the maverick, and so on. These were designed digitally, and presented in frames to the awardees. Each award saliently portrayed animal characteristics through their demeanour, with a treatment that essentially brought out their magnificence, through its composition and colours.

My contribution

An artsy theme

Conceived a watercolour-painting theme comprising of spontaneous paint strokes, to befit the innate nature of the awards. Imageries depicting peculiarities not only through their poise, but also through a bright, contrasting choice of hues, which collectively lent a beautiful and meaningful visual appeal.
